Warrants

If a defendant has a warrant out of District Court, they should call that court directly to find out if their warrant(s) are quashable by paying a warrant fee. If they are not able to pay to quash their warrant, or it's a non-quashable warrant, they may contact our office to see if they qualify for a public defender to help them with their warrant.
Superior Court Warrants (Adult Felony or Juvenile Warrants) don't have the option of paying a warrant fee to quash. Clients may contact our office to see if they qualify for a public defender to help them with their warrant.
