REVALUATION SCHEDULE
- PHYSICAL INSPECTIONS
As a means of geographical
reference, and to ensure equity for taxpayers paying property taxes towards
voted on levies and bonds, the Skagit County Assessor’s Office has traditionally
divided the county for physical inspection and appraisal by school district
boundaries. The following is the schedule for the next five years:
2008 for 2009 Taxes Sedro
Woolley, Concrete and Darrington School Districts
2009 for 2010 Taxes Mount Vernon and Conway School Districts
2010 for 2011 Taxes Burlington and La Conner School Distircts
2011 for 2012 Taxes Anacortes School District
2012 for 2013 Taxes Sedro Woolley, Concrete and Darrington School Distircts
