Skagit County Public Health is part of Help Me Grow Skagit Network, working to assure that all families can get connected to the supports they want and need for their health and well-being.

Promoting Healthy Starts for All Skagit County Children

The first 1000 days of life, from pregnancy to a child’s 2nd birthday, set the foundation for lifelong health. Healthy behaviors, environments and relationships are keys to lifelong health and well-being.

The Child & Family Health Division works with individuals, families and the community to assure that all Skagit County children have the healthiest possible start in life. Our services are offered at no charge to families. Some of our services have specific eligibility requirements, others are available to all Skagit County families.
