RIVER STILL UNDER FLOOD WARNING
3:00 p.m.
SKAGIT COUNTY - The Flood Warning continues for the Skagit River. The Skagit
River has dropped one foot after cresting with the gauge at 29.1 feet at Concrete
at 3:00 p.m. today. The Skagit is predicted to crest in Mount Vernon at 10:00
p.m. tonight at 31 feet. Flood Stage on the Skagit River is 28 feet at Concrete
and Mount Vernon.
The Samish River has crested and is dropping with the gauge now at 10.86 feet.

Current Road Closures, Skagit County Roads:
Burpee Hill Road, Cabin Creek Road, Francis Road, Fruitdale Road, Sam Bell
Road, Sterling Road, Swan Road, Utopia Road, Cascade River Road.
We advise the public to avoid driving through standing water on roadways,
and obey any "closed roads" signs.
Skagit County will closely monitor the water levels in both rivers.
