Commissioners, Public Works Schedule Public Meeting In Allen To Discuss Samish River Flooding

SKAGIT COUNTY – The Skagit County Commissioners and Skagit County Public Works Department staff will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, February 10, 2009 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the Allen Fire Hall in Allen.

The January 2009 Samish River Flood caused significant damage to homes, farms, businesses and public infrastructure. The purpose of the meeting is to seek comments and questions to improve service for future flood events.
