Guemes Island Ferry Customer Satisfaction Survey

SKAGIT COUNTY —Skagit County Public Works, WSU Skagit County Extension, and the Guemes Island Ferry Committee have partnered to conduct a customer satisfaction survey with the residents of Guemes Island.  Surveys, done in-house to minimize cost, will be mailed the first week of March. The anonymous responses will be tabulated by faculty and staff at the WSU Extension office. Ferry operations will use the information to assist in providing services that are desired and efficient. Additional surveys may be forthcoming in the months ahead as suggestions are received and service improvements are implemented.

Guemes Island residents have until March 30, 2012 to return the surveys in the return-envelope provided.
