Lake View Blvd. at State Route 9 closed July 3 from 8 pm to 12 am for Big Lake Fireworks Display

SKAGIT COUNTY Lake View Boulevard will be closed at the intersection of State Route 9 from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am during the Big Lake Fireworks Display.

After careful consideration of pedestrian usage, traffic congestion, and sight distance issues, there was consensus between Skagit County Public Works, Big Lake Fire Department, and Skagit County Sherriffs Department that a temporary closure of the intersection is in the best interest of the public. The Washington State Department of Transportation has been notified of the closure.

Note: The closure will be accessible to Emergency Vehicles.
