Gardening Educational Booth at Anacortes Farmers Market

The WSU Skagit County Extension Master Gardeners have teamed up with the Western Washington Fruit Research Foundation and Skagit Beat the Heat’s Eat Your Yard project to provide an educational booth for the public at the Anacortes Farmers Market. This group is available to answer questions every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month until October 3rd from 9:00 - 12:00 about home vegetable and fruit growing as well as practical ways to convert your lawn into a tasty garden. The Anacortes Farmers Market is located at 611 R Avenue, downtown Anacortes, in front of the Depot Arts Center.
