Open House Format

Skagit County invites the public to an informational open house Thursday, October 8th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Skagit County Commissioner Administrative Building. The purpose of the open house is to discuss and answer question about the design and construction phases of the Francis Road Curve Realignment and Reconstruction Project. The improvements will begin approximately half mile west of SR 9 and continue for 1.5 miles along Francis Road. This project includes widening, realigning and improving the existing roadway to meet county road standards, and constructing an additional road extension at the Debay’s Isle Road intersection.

We encourage you to attend this open house and share your ideas.

Please feel free to stop by anytime between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. A comment sheet will be available for you to record your thoughts about the project.
