Welcome to Skagit County
December 7th 2009
After nearly a year of work by staff and the Commissioner-appointed Climate Action and Sustainability Taskforce, Skagit County today released a draft for public comment of the 2010 Climate Action Plan (download as 2.5 mb PDF).

- A set of Taskforce-recommended policies and programs for the County to further reduce greenhouse gas emissions
County staff and members of the public are encouraged to submit comments on the plan for consideration by the Board of County Commissioners and the Climate Action and Sustainability Taskforce. Comments are due by 5 pm Monday, December 21, 2009.
