Ned Zaugg to Retire

Ned Zaugg is retiring from Washington State University Skagit County Extension after 17 years of service as a dairy agent and director of the WSU Skagit County Extension office. On Ned's last day of work Thursday, December 30, a public reception will be held in his honor from 1:00 - 3:00 P.M at WSU Skagit County Extension at 11768 Westar Lane, Suite A, Burlington, WA.
