ESTATE PLANNING FOR PROPERTY OWNERS

Estate Planning is the process of arranging for an orderly disposition of assets after death, in a way so as to avoid legal and financial complications, excessive fees and expenses, and, in some cases, taxes. On Saturday, January 28, a workshop will be held at Skagit Valley College to help family forest owners identify a desirable pathway for preparing for the future of their property. The course will be instructed by experts in estate law, planning, and taxation. Come prepared to ask and receive answers to your questions.
