Haggen’s Pharmacy in Mount Vernon has doses available for Phase 1A eligible individuals THIS WEEKEND ONLY

Today, Haggen’s Pharmacy Mount Vernon advised Public Health that they have just received 500 doses of COVID-19 vaccines that are set to expire at the end of this weekend. These doses are available by appointment only, for Phase 1a eligible individuals. We strongly encourage any Phase 1a eligible individual who has not been vaccinated to register here for an appointment: https://kordinator.mhealthcoach.net/vcl/Haggen3450

As a reminder, Phase 1A eligible individuals are:

  • High risk workers in health care settings
  • High risk first responders
  • Residents and staff of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other community-based, congregate living settings where most individuals over 65 years of age are receiving care, supervision, or assistance.
  • All other workers in health care settings

Haggen’s is asking you bring proof of eligibility to your appointment. Workplace IDs, pay stubs, professional licenses and other similar documentation would all be accepted. If you have scheduled your appointment and are unsure what documentation to bring, call the Pharmacy at  360-848-6930.
