SKAGIT COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PROCLAIM FEBRUARY 12-18 NATIONAL CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION WEEK

SKAGIT COUNTY – The Skagit County Board of Commissioners proclaimed February 12-18, 2006 National Career and Technical Education Week during their regular session, Monday, February 13, 2006. Megan Edmonds, President of Sedro-Woolley High School Future Business Leaders of America, Courtney Crass, President of Sedro-Woolley Future Farmers of America, and Nic Estvold, President of Anacortes DECA each reported to the Commissioners on the activities and awards received by their respective organizations.

Instructors Jody Pool and Dave Rudy of Sedro-Woolley High School and Marge Thomas of Anacortes High School also gave short reports on the progress of their students.
