WETLAND MITIGATION APPLICATION INFORMATION AVAILABLE ONLINE FOR SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

SKAGIT COUNTY - Skagit County Planning and Development Services has received and is processing an application for a shoreline substantial development and conditional use permit for Clear Valley Farm, LLC for proposed wetland restoration activities on approximately 396 acres of property. (File number PL06-0607) The proposed restoration is intended to be utilized as a wetland mitigation bank. For the convenience of interested parties, the application materials and background information can be found on the Skagit County website at www.skagitcounty.net

The proposal is located east of the city limits of Mount Vernon, bordered generally by State Route (SR) 538 to the south, SR 9 and Babcock Road on the east and Swan Road on the northern end.

A public hearing before the Skagit County Hearing Examiner is required, but no date has been set.
