Guemes Island Ferry Operations Public Forum Meeting April 4, 2013
5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Guemes Island Community Hall

On Thursday, April 4, 2013, Skagit County will hold its first Public Forum for 2013 to discuss operational needs and other issues relative to the Guemes Island Ferry operation. The community is encouraged to attend, learn about, and discuss agenda items, including:

• Ferry Projects Update
• Draft 2013 Ferry Fare Revenue Target Report
• 2013 Public Education Project
• Questions and Comments Related to Ferry Operations

The Draft 2013 Ferry Fare Revenue Target Report will be available for review beginning Thursday, March 21, 2013, at www.skagitcounty.net/ferry, and at www.linetime.org. Please visit either of these websites if you wish to download and review the draft report prior to attending the public forum.

The meeting will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Guemes Island Community Center located at 7549 Guemes Island Road.
In attendance will be: Skagit County Commissioner Ron Wesen, District 1; Skagit County Public Works Director Henry Hash; Skagit County Public Works Ferry Operations Division Manager Rachel Beck; and Skagit County Public Works Interim Controller Jim Martin.
