March 12, 2003 SKAGIT COUNTY DISTRICT COURT AND ANACORTES, BURLINGTON, AND MOUNT VERNON MUNICIPAL COURTS TO BE CLOSED ON FRIDAY, MARCH 21, 2003 SKAGIT COUNTY – Skagit County District Court Judge David Svaren, with the concurrence of the Skagit County Commissioners, and the Mayors of Anacortes, Burlington, and Mount Vernon, and the Washington State Supreme Court, announced that the Skagit County District Court and the Municipal Courts of Anacortes, Burlington and Mount Vernon will be closed Friday, March 21, 2003. This closure is for staff training and education. The courts will resume normal operations on Monday, March 24, 2003. For further information,
