SKAGIT COUNTY ISSUES DRAFT SALMON HABITAT MONITORING PLAN

Plan Complies With Requirements to Monitor Stream and Habitat Conditions

SKAGIT COUNTY - The Skagit County Public Works Department has released a draft of the Skagit County Salmon Habitat Monitoring Program Plan. This monitoring program is designed to meet the requirements of Skagit County Resolution #R20030210, associated with Skagit County Ordinance #O20030020, and codified as Skagit County Code 14.24.120, Ongoing Agriculture. It also is designed to partially satisfy conditions specified in a December 2003 Compliance Order from the Western Washington Growth Management Hearings Board.
