April 18, 2024 BID OPENING RESCHEDULED – 2024 HMA OVERLAY #ESHMA24-1NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by SKAGIT COUNTY that the Bid Opening Date of Monday, April 22, 2024 at 2:45 p.m. set by Resolution R20240067, calling for Approval of Maps, Plans and Specifications and Call for Bids for the 2024 HMA Overlay Project #ESHMA24-1 has been rescheduled from Monday, April 22, 2024 at 2:45 p.m. to Monday, May 6, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Sealed bids will be received and publicly opened in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 1800 Continental Place, Mount Vernon, WA 98273 on Monday, May 6, 2024 at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, for this construction project. The bid opening has been rescheduled to allow for issuing of an addendum for the 2024 HMA Overlay Project #ESHMA24-1.
