SKAGIT COUNTY – The Skagit County Planning and Permit Center will hold an informational Public Open House on Thursday, May 1, 2003, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Fredonia Grange, 14245 McFarland Road, Mount Vernon. The event will provide the public an opportunity to review and discuss the documents. The Skagit County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2003, in Hearing Rooms B and C of the Skagit County Administrative Building at 700 South Second Street in Mount Vernon, to take testimony and written comment. Written comments, including facsimile transmissions, will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 30, 2003 and must be sent to the Skagit County Planning and Permit Center, 200 West Washington, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. Comments must be submitted on 8 ½” x 11” size paper for reproduction purposes.
