Written Comments Accepted until Friday, May 30, 2003 SKAGIT COUNTY - The Skagit County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in regard to the Bay View Ridge Subarea Plan and Draft Development Standards, at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2003, in Hearing Rooms B and C of the Skagit County Administration Building at 700 South Second Street in Mount Vernon, to take testimony and written comment. A Determination of Significance and Scoping Notice were previously issued and a Public Scoping Meeting was held on May 21, 2001. The Draft Environmental Impact Statement responds to the pubic comment received during the public scoping period. Written comments, including facsimile transmissions, will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 30, 2003 and must be sent to the Skagit County Planning and Permit Center, 200 West Washington, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. Comments must be submitted on 8 ½” x 11” size paper for reproduction purposes.
