SKAGIT COUNTY - The Skagit Flow Management Committee will meet on Thursday, June 19, 2008, 1 p.m. at the Skagit PUD No. 1 Aqua Room, 1415 Freeway Drive, Mount Vernon, Washington. Agenda items include: Water Conservation Measures, Implementation of Water Shortage Response Plan, Exhibit A of 1996 MOA, Instream Flow Status, and Status of Municipal Water Law Appeal.
