Lake View Boulevard at State Route 9 to be Closed July 3rd from 7:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M. for Big Lake Fireworks Display.

SKAGIT COUNTY – Lake View Boulevard will be closed at the intersection of State Route 9 from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. on July 3rd during the Big Lake Fireworks Display. After careful consideration of pedestrian usage, traffic congestion, and sight distance issues, there was consensus between Skagit County Public Works, Big Lake Fire Department, and Skagit County Sherriff’s Department that a temporary closure of the intersection is in the best interest of the public. The Washington State Department of Transportation has been notified of the closure.

Note: The closure will be accessible to Emergency Vehicles.
