SMITH ISSUES FIRST ANNUAL MANAGER'S RECOGNITION AWARD

SKAGIT COUNTY - The Manager’s Recognition Award goes to a youth involved with the Skagit County Fair, such as a 4-H or FFA club member who has made a significant contribution to the improvement of the fairgrounds. The very first of what will be an annual award goes to Eric Taylor. Eric is receiving this award for his skill, his dedication and most of all his patience in teaching the fair manager, Audrey Smith, how to ride a horse. Eric will be presented a plaque and be the first name on a perpetual plaque that will hang in the Skagit County Fairgrounds office.
