Guemes Island Ferry schedule adjusted for start of school

SKAGIT COUNTY – Some minor adjustments have been made to the Guemes Island Ferry schedule to accommodate the Anacortes School District. On the current Monday through Friday schedule, the following changes will be made effective September 3, 2008

7:55 a.m. will be changed to 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday.

8:20 a.m. will be changed to 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday

9:05 a.m. will be changed to 9:15 Monday through Friday

One exception will be Wednesday when the 9:15 a.m. departure will be changed to 9:10 a.m. to accommodate late arrivals to school.

“We’re glad we can accommodate these minor changes in coordination with the school district,” said Ferry Manager Ron Panzero.
