COMMISSIONER DON MUNKS APPOINTED TO CHAIR NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES WATER QUALITY SUBCOMMITTEE

SKAGIT COUNTY – Skagit County Commissioner Don Munks was notified last week by National Association of Counties (NACo) President Eric Coleman that he has been appointed Chair of the organization’s Water Quality Subcommittee. He also was appointed to the Environment, Energy and Land Use Steering Committee.

“Clean water is such a critical issue to our quality of life in Skagit County. I am happy for the opportunity to be at the table at the national level to address this issue,” said Munks.
