COMMISSIONERS DECLARE 4-H WEEK IN SKAGIT COUNTY, OCTOBER 3-9

SKAGIT COUNTY – The Board of Skagit County Commissioners declared October 3-9, 2004, 4-H Week in Skagit County. On hand to receive the proclamation from Commissioners Ken Dahstedt and Don Munks were (left to right) Christina Smailes, Nikkita Van Horst, and Ryan Mower, Skagit County 4-H members.

4-H is an educational program of Skagit County, Washington State University Extension and the United States Department of Agriculture, administered nationally through the land grant university system and at the county level by the Cooperative Extension staff along with local volunteer leaders.
