PLANNING COMMISSION TO CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARING ON PENDING NEW MASTER PLANNED RESORT DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
SKAGIT COUNTY The Skagit County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 28, 2004 to receive public comment on proposal new Master Planned Resort implementing regulations.
The hearing will be held in the Skagit County Administration Building, Hearing Room C at 700 South 2nd Street in Mount Vernon beginning at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible and continuing until no further comment is forthcoming.
The proposed new Master Planned Resort (MPR) regulations would implement the existing MPR policies in the Skagit County Comprehensive Plan. The new regulations consist of the following:
· Draft Master Planned Resort (MPR) Implementing Regulations
· Draft revisions to Skagit County Code (SCC) 14.04 Definitions
· Draft revisions to SCC 14.14 Development Agreements
· Draft revisions to SCC 14.16.820 Signs
· Draft revisions to SCC 14.16.900 Rezone and Special Use Permit Requirements
