DAHLSTEDT RE-APPOINTED SUB-COMMITTEE CHAIR FOR FOOD SAFETY WITH NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES

SKAGIT COUNTY – Skagit County Commissioner Ken Dahlstedt was notified yesterday by National Association of Counties (NACo) President Colleen Landkamer that he has been re-appointed Sub-committee Chair of the NACo Food Safety Committee.

In addition to this duty, Dahlstedt will also serve on the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee and the rural Action Caucus Steering Committee.

“With the recent outbreak of e-coli across the nation, awareness and concern for food safety has never been higher,” said Dahlstedt.
