SKAGIT COUNTY RECEIVES $75,000 CTED GRANT TO DEVELOP PLAN FOR OPEN SPACE CORRIDORS AND GREENBELTS

SKAGIT COUNTY - Skagit County was selected by the Washington State Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development (CTED) to receive a Regional Collaboration Competitive grant award for $75,000.

The grant is being awarded through Growth Management Services to develop a detailed vision, identify appropriate lands and properties, and devise a financial strategy for implementing open space corridors and greenbelts within and between the Urban Growth Areas of the county.
