October 23, 2002 SECRETARY OF STATE SAM REED TO VISIT SKAGIT COUNTY SKAGIT COUNTY - Secretary of State Sam Reed will be visiting Skagit County on Wednesday, October 30, 2002, to participate in the first meeting of his Skagit County Advisory Group. He will tour the Skagit County Courthouse, and meet with staff and other County officials. In addition, Reed will be visiting the following cities and towns: Town of La Conner:
