Skagit River predicted to hit flood stage at Concrete

SKAGIT COUNTY - The National Weather Service is predicting the Skagit River to hit flood stage at Concrete at approximately 5:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 31st, and to crest at 30.8 feet at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday. Skagit County crews will be monitoring roads and tributaries in East Skagit County through the evening and posting road closures if necessary.
