SKAGIT COUNTY - An informational meeting to discuss the Skagit County Sub-Area Planning Process for South Fidalgo Island has been scheduled by Skagit County Commissioner Don Munks. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. at Anacortes City Council Chambers on Tuesday, November 26. Munks and staff from Skagit County Planning and Permit Department will be in attendance. "We encourage any property owner that has issues, questions, or concerns to attend," said Munks. Munks said that a citizens committee will be formed to examine what the Sub-Area Plan process entails.
