This Contract provides for Lane Departure Reduction, Intersection Awareness, Signage and Delineation Improvements including Profiled Plastic Line, Curve Signing, Flexible Guide Posts, LED Flashing Stop Signs, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions,
and the Standard Specifications.
Project Locations: Alger-Cain Lake Rd, Old Hwy 99 N., Pioneer Hwy, Lake Cavanaugh Rd, Rosario Rd, Snee-Oosh Rd, Chillberg Rd and Calhoun Rd at Best Rd, Ershig Rd at Bow Hill Rd, Pulver Rd at Josh Wilson Rd, Avon Allen Rd at Josh Wilson Rd, Bow Hill Rd and Prairie Rd at Old Hwy 99 N., and Pulver Rd at Peterson Rd.
The bid opening date for this project will be Tuesday, June 20, 2023. The bids will be publicly opened and read after 11:45 a.m. on this date.
Late and/or incomplete bids will not be considered. Oral, telephonic, telegraphic, electronic, or faxed proposals will not be accepted.

It is the intent of Skagit County to award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All terms and conditions listed in the Contract Provisions and Specifications apply to this condition.
