The Skagit County Public Works Department invites Consultants to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Professional Engineering, Environmental Permitting, Right-of-Way acquisition, and related work for the following project:
Fonk Road Culvert Repair Project, County Project No. EO221-302.
