District Court Agreement


GR30 provides for the electronic filing of documents by attorneys and non-attorneys in lieu of filing paper versions of said documents. The user of this account wishes to electronically file documents with Skagit County District Court. The user of this account also wishes to electronically receive notices of case settings, decisions and other pertinent documents from Skagit County District Court. Pending development of a formal local Court Rule providing for electronic document filing and receipt, the user of this account agrees to electronically file documents with Skagit County District Court using this web site and to receive documents (including notices of case settings) at the email address entered above.  

Prosecuting Attorney Agreement


The user of this account wishes to file documents electronically with the Skagit County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. The user of this account also wishes to electronically receive discovery and other pertinent documents from the Skagit County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

The user of this account agrees:

  1. to electronically file documents with the Skagit County Prosecuting Attorney's Office using this web site;
  2. to receive documents (including discovery) at the email address entered above; When documents are sent from the Prosecutor's Office, a "read receipt" will be requested from the User at this email address. User agrees to open all emails from the Skagit County Prosecutor's Office as soon as they are received, and it is expressly agreed that User will respond in the affirmative that the email has been received as soon as the email is opened. The email must be completely opened, not just previewed. The document will be deemed "received" at the time the email is read. Failure to consistently follow this procedure will result in termination of use of this procedure.
  3. that if they terminate employment with their current employer, such information will be immediately communicated to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office and use of this account ceases at that time for that User.
