2003 Budget |
We
are pleased to present the citizens of our county with the 2003 Annual Budget
for Skagit County. Our 2003 budget, spread over forty-eight different funds,
is representative of our best efforts to keep pace with the ever increasing
need for services in a wide array of government processes, functions and
programs, while being ever watchful of fiscally responsible budgeting. Our
2003 budget plan is conservative, yet takes into consideration the changing
financial climate we must function in.
