Hearing Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:15 p.m.
Personal Appearance by attorneys or self-represented:
Appear at the Clerk’s Office between 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. for same-day processing.
After presenting your order, you may return to the Clerk’s Office to obtain copies. No ex
parte fee required, but copy fees apply.
Ex Parte by Mail:
Mail original documents, at least one copy for the Clerk’s Office to conform, a self-
addressed stamped envelope, and $30 ex parte fee. Submissions without the fee will
be returned.
Non-Appearance Ex Parte:
Documents may be left with staff at front counter along with $30 ex parte fee.
Ex Parte by eSubmission:
Ex parte payment and approval by our office must be received by 10:30 a.m. for same-
day processing. Documents will be available in Odyssey or by email request at
supcrtclerk@co.skagit.wa.us within two judicial days.
