TRANSFER STATION EFFICIENCY REVIEW AND RATE STUDY FOR SOLID WASTE TRANSFER STATION AVAILABLE ONLINE

SKAGIT COUNTY - A final report entitled, "Transfer Station Efficiency Review and Rate Study for Skagit County," prepared by HDR Engineering of Bellevue has been posted online at www.skagitcounty.net. The report is the result of the Solid Waste Interlocal Agreement signed last year between Skagit County and the eight municipalities who agreed to jointly select and hire a consultant to perform an independent rate and efficiency study.

HDR officials and members of the Skagit County Solid Waste Advisory Committee will be presenting the results and recommendations of their analysis at the next Municipalities Committee meeting scheduled for April 20 at 3:00 p.m. at the Skagit Regional Airport.
