Skagit County seeks its first Director of Strategic Initiatives. The director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction and growth of County initiatives starting with a focus on North Star. North Star was created in July of 2022 as a partnership between the County, Cities and various community agencies to address chronic homelessness and create a thriving Skagit County for all.

Access to Machine Readable Files (MRF) and Transparency in Coverage
Machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated services rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
