SKAGIT COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT

Skagit Fields Project

This contract provides for the construction of a grass recreation field. This work includes but is not limited to; clearing, grubbing and tilling, rough and fine grading, soil amendment and seeding, temporary erosion and sedimentation control, detention pond, storm drainage piping and structures, grass lined swales, wood chip path and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans.

BID DUE DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 12:00 p.m.

Late and/or incomplete bids will not be considered. Oral, telephonic, telegraphic, electronic, or faxed proposals will not be accepted.

CONDITION OF AWARD:
It is the intent of Skagit County to award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All terms and conditions listed in the Contract Provisions and Specifications apply to this condition.
