| Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) volunteers have dedicated time and expertise at testing and vaccination sites throughout the pandemic. Skagit County continues to need volunteers to assist in these, and any future strategies, to defeat COVID 19. The Medical Reserve Corps is a national network of more than 200,000 volunteers, organized locally to improve the health and safety of their communities.
