Skagit County EMS Protocols, Patient Care Guidelines, and Procedures

Skagit County EMS Protocols were updated in 2024. We strongly recommend using the link below to access the most up-to-date version of the protocols rather than relying on saved or printed copies.

Skagit County EMS Protocol Smartphone App

Skagit County EMS personnel can also access the protocols by downloading the Skagit County EMS Protocol custom-branded smartphone application for iOS or Android. Using your smartphone, go to https://acidremap.com > Washington > Skagit County EMS.

Emergency Responder Training and Education

The Skagit County EMS Physician Medical Program Director (MPD) is responsible for supervising and approving all EMS personnel training and certification. Skagit County EMS facilitates a county-wide ongoing training and evaluation program (OTEP) for all credentialed EMS personnel including EMRs, EMTs, and Paramedics.

For current Skagit County EMS personnel, the EMS training calendar, forms, Protocols, and EMS System Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs) can be found by logging into our online learning management system.

If you are a Skagit County provider and need assistance with initial EMS certification, recertification, or with your LMS account, please contact:
