A Softball Association James Ferrell award

The Award for the 12/U  National Tournament received...is called the ASoftball Association James Ferrell award... in recognition in being one of the highest rated national tournament for 2005; teams, and national reps rate the tournament via a survey form that is filled out at tournaments completion...rating such things as overall organization, condition of fields,  game time field prep, quality of umpiring, tournament hospitality, community hospitality, opening ceremonies etc.

Skagit Valley Playfield Pics

Skagit Playfields are owned by Community College District #4 of the State of Washington (Skagit Valley College). In 1978 Skagit Valley College and Skagit County entered into an inter-local agreement. Skagit County Parks and Recreation Department will maintain, improve, and provide scheduling for recreational activity at this facility. This agreement runs until June of 2028 and shall be renewable.

Policies

  • Picnic shelter can be reserved from June – August.

  • Playfields can be reserved March - October.

  • Dogs must be on leash.

  • No open fires or fireworks.

  • Alcoholic beverages and glass containers prohibited.
