Eviction Resolution Pilot Program (ERPP)

Skagit County Superior Court is pleased to announce its participation in the Eviction Resolution Pilot Program (ERPP),
Beginning September 7, 2021, Skagit County Superior Court requires all unlawful detainer (eviction) cases based upon non-payment of rent to first go through a mediation process to offer landlords and tenants the opportunity to resolve their cases before court hearings are required. 


The court’s standing order for the ERPP and related forms are below:

Rental Assistance

The Skagit County Rental Assistance Program may provide financial assistance for rent and utilities to income-eligible Skagit County renters and their landlords who have been impacted by COVID-19.  More information about the program is available here.
