Skagit County Superior Court has continued to hear trials throughout the pandemic. Given this unique environment, different protocols and procedures have been developed to keep all participants safe while still allowing trials to move forward. Attorneys and unrepresented litigants are expected to read and abide by the protocols and procedures that have been established for their trials.
