Earlier this month, Washington's Administrative Office of the Courts announced they had identified unauthorized activity on the Washington Courts network. That office took immediate action to secure critical systems and work to safely restore service. As a result, the state's Judicial Information System, Washington Courts website and affiliate websites were not accessible, and the Court did not have access to our case management system. Service was restored on November 18th; however, there may continue to be service outages in the coming days due to demands placed on the network. Additionally, the system and dockets may not be current for several days, as the Clerk’s Office works to process all documents filed during the outage. Until further notice, please continue to provide bench copies to the 2nd floor window in Court Administration, per Emergency Administrative Order 24-1. |

Potential Juror Scams: Superior Court will never ask jurors for their credit card or social security numbers or to pay “juror fines.” More information about protecting yourself from potential juror scams can also be found on the juror information page and here. |

To Attorneys and Litigants
With limited exceptions, all court hearings and trials are conducted in person. Zoom is also available for many hearings. If you appear over Zoom, you are expected to follow the same rules of courtroom conduct as though you were present in person.

In Case of Illness
If you become ill with symptoms of COVID-19 or other respiratory illness and have a fever, you must not be physically present in court until 24 hours after the fever ends and symptoms are improving. It is recommended that you wear a face mask for the following five days upon your return.
Face masks are available upon request to anyone entering the offices or courtrooms of Superior Court.
