Mission Statement
The mission of Skagit County Superior Court is to deliver fair, prompt, and understandable resolutions of legal disputes. We will provide equal access to justice and treat participants professionally, impartially and respectfully.

Information for Jurors

Jurors are an essential part of the system of justice.  The court appreciates the service of all jurors. Additional information on your jury service is available here.

Potential Juror Scams: Superior Court will never ask jurors for their credit card or social security numbers or to pay “juror fines.”  More information about protecting yourself from potential juror scams can also be found on the juror information page and here.


To Attorneys and Litigants

With limited exceptions, all court hearings and trials are conducted in person. Zoom is also available for many hearings.  If you appear over Zoom, you are expected to follow the same rules of courtroom conduct as though you were present in person.

In Case of Illness

If you become ill with symptoms of COVID-19 or other respiratory illness and have a fever, you must not be physically present in court until 24 hours after the fever ends and symptoms are improving.  It is recommended that you wear a face mask for the following five days upon your return. 

Face masks are available upon request to anyone entering the offices or courtrooms of Superior Court.
