Pavilion Specifications:
6000 sq ft. Capacity –500 seated in main area (250 in grandstands, 175 with portable bleachers (rentable), 75 with 2 rows of chairs (rentable). Bathrooms (multiple stalls on each side) inside building. Actual floor space in main Pavilion area (without grandstand area) is 39’ x 98’ = 3822 sq ft. Two 10’ x 10’ freight doors. Can accommodate eighty-two 10’ x 10’ vendor spaces. No heat; concrete floor, limited electrical outlets.

Not typically available for rent during the winter.
At this time we are not accepting any livestock events beyond the Puget Sound Junior Livestock Show and of course our very own Skagit County Fair.
