Restrooms:
Handicapped facilities are located in the center of the fairgrounds. Baby-changing station is located at center of fairgrounds in restroom adjacent to handicapped restrooms.

Smoking:
There will be no smoking on the fairgrounds.

Regular Business Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Animals:
Please contact Administration Office (360) 416-1350 .
Fair Management must approve animals on the fairgrounds for commercial, sports, or wildlife displays.
All clean up is the responsibility of the animal owner/handler.

In order to make your visit to the Fair an enjoyable experience, we appreciate your compliance with our policies noted below.

These items may not be brought into the facility:

  • Alcohol
  • Illegal Weapons
  • Laser-pointing devices
  • Bicycles, roller skates/blades, skateboards, unauthorized vehicles
  • Drug paraphernalia, controlled/illegal substances
  • Animals (except service or exhibited animals or with Management permission)
  • Solicitations, no handing out, selling, or promoting products outside of commercial vendor booths.

During the Fair:

First Aid:
In case of emergency call 911
During the fair the First-Aid Station is located on grassy area behind Rodeo grandstands.

Camping:
Reservations for Fair Week will open in May on a first come first serve basis.

Lost and Found:
Lost or found articles may be dropped off or recovered at the Events Office (N of Pavilion) or please contact Administration Office (360) 416-1350 .

Animals:
During Fair pets are not allowed unless they are service animals or exhibited in the Fair.
Fair Management must approve animals on the fairgrounds for commercial, sports, or wildlife displays.

Vehicles - unloading procedures:
During Fair please contact your Superintendent for specifications, all other events please contact your event coordinator.
